Local countryside speciality : the « botato »
Since Mr. and Mrs. Cornaz founded « La Cézille » in 1961, ham on the bone and the « botato » salad have become quite famous in this region. We continue this tradition in our hearts and in our dining room.
Hunting season
Starting in the beginning of October, fresh game is added to our menu : deer and chamois saddle, stag, deer and chamois entrecôte, hare, game meat “potence” flambéed in Armagnac.
